Marco completes the acquisition of R&Q Gamma

Marco Capital Holdings Limited, a leading European P&C insurance run-off group, today announced the completion of its acquisition of R&Q Gamma Company Limited (“R&Q Gamma”), a UK non-life insurance company in run-off, from Randall & Quilter II Holdings Ltd (in administration) acting on instruction of its joint administrators at Teneo Financial Advisory Limited. The transaction has received all required regulatory approvals and has now closed.
