We provide capital and risk management solutions to clients with legacy and/or non-core non-life re/insurance liabilities

European Non-life Legacy Specialist

Marco reinsures and/or acquires non-life portfolios and re/insurance companies. We do not target live business – we are active only in liabilities in run-off, discontinued or non-core where we can provide capital and/or risk management solutions. This may include some ancillary unexpired exposures but our risk appetite for such exposures is low.

Claims

Effective claims management is critical to the business model of Marco. Marco is committed to treating customers fairly and respectfully with a view to achieving client satisfaction. To this end, Marco determines the most effective strategy for any business that is acquired and may appoint a Third Party Claims Administrator with the required expertise and high service standards. Marco shall provide details of the relevant claims handling process.
