Marco Capital completes acquisition Stewart Title Europe Limited

Marco Capital Holdings Limited, a leading European P&C insurance run-off group, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Stewart Title Europe Limited, a Malta based insurer in run-off since the start of 2025.
The transaction has received all required regulatory approvals and has now closed.
