Marco Capital acquires Navigators International Insurance Company

We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Navigators International Insurance Company Limited from The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. (The Hartford). The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
NIIC has a small amount of legacy business in run-off, comprising Property & Casualty, Marine and Professional Liability insurance business predominantly in Continental Europe and in the UK.
